Use the list and map below to find the best place to park and enter the hospital. Parking is free.

Main Entrance

Follow the signs to Parking and use Main Entrance for the following destinations:

  • Admitting
  • Imaging
  • Ambulatory Surgery
  • Patient Rooms
  • Cardiology Care
  • Behavioral Health
  • Gastroenterology (GI)
  • Medical Records (Health Information Management)
  • Rehabilitation
  • Laboratory

Medical Office Building

Follow the signs to Parking and use Medical Office Building for the following destinations:

  • Doctor's Offices

Nazareth Family Center

Follow the signs to Parking and use Nazareth Family Center for the following destinations:

  • Pharmacy
  • Community Health Education
  • Family Medicine
  • Outpatient Behavioral Health
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation

Emergency Department

A drop-off area and short-term parking are available in front of the Emergency Department. For extended stay, please use Parking.

Directions

From downtown Chicago/the Southeast

  • Drive northwest on I-90W/I-94W/Kennedy Expressway
  • Take exit 49A/Division Street and turn left
  • In about 1 mile, hospital will be on the left

From the Northwest/I-90

  • Drive east on I-90/Kennedy Expressway
  • Take exit 49A/Division Street and turn right
  • In about 1 mile, hospital will be on the left

From North Avenue

  • Drive to Western Avenue (2400 West)
  • Go south on Western Avenue
  • In a half mile, turn left on Division Street
  • Hospital will be on the right

From Western Avenue

  • Drive to Division Street (1200 North)
  • Go east on Division Street
  • Hospital will be on the right

Parking is free.

Public Transportation

We are easily accessible.

  • From North or South - Take CTA Blue Line train to Division Street, then CTA Route 70 Division Street bus west to Oakley Boulevard (2300 West), or take any north/south bus route to Route 70 Division Street.
  • From East or West - Take CTA Route 70 Division Street bus east or west to Oakley Boulevard (2300 West).

Follow the signs to Parking and use Outpatient Entrance (Doors open at 6 a.m.) for the following destinations:

  • Outpatient Behavioral Health

Medical Office Building

Follow the signs to Parking and use Medical Office Building for the following destinations:

  • Doctor's Offices
  • Family Medicine
  • Outpatient Laboratory

Directions

From downtown Chicago/the Southeast

  • Drive northwest on I-90W/I-94W/Kennedy Expressway
  • Take exit 48B/North Avenue and turn left
  • In about 1 mile, turn left on Western Avenue
  • In 1.5 blocks, enter parking lot on the left

From the Northwest/I-90

  • Drive east on I-90/Kennedy Expressway
  • Take exit 47A/Fullerton Avenue and turn right
  • In about 2 blocks, turn left onto Western Avenue
  • In about 1 mile, enter parking lot on the left

From North Avenue

  • Drive to Western Avenue (2400 West)
  • Go south on Western Avenue
  • In 1 block, enter parking lot on the left

From Western Avenue

  • Drive to the 1400 north block of Western Avenue (between North Avenue and Division Street)
  • Enter parking lot on the east side of the street

Public Transportation

We are easily accessible.

  • From North or South - Take CTA Route 49 Western Avenue bus south or north to Claremont Avenue.
  • From East or West - Take CTA Blue Line train to Western Avenue, then CTA Route 49 bus south to Claremont Avenue. CTA Route 70 Division Street or CTA Route 72 North Avenue bus to CTA Route 49 Western Avenue bus to Claremont Avenue.
