Cancer


Smoking Cessation

In the Smoking Cessation classes information will be shared on ways how to quit the habit of smoking. Classes are offered in English and Spanish. Free.

Cardiac Rehab Program

This program (Phase III) features education and exercise to rehabilitate the heart and prevent future illness.

Hypertension Support Group

This support group features ongoing blood pressure check-ups and health education. These sessions are held once a month on Saturday and lasts for a year. Free.

Diabetes


Diabetes Support Group

Participants have the opportunity to share their experiences with others who have diabetes as well as provide caregivers with information about their management program. Free.

Third Thursday of the month from 1:00-2:30 p.m.

Parenting and Childbirth Preparation


New Mom Group

Participants meet other new moms who share their parenting stories. Participants also learn about free educational places to enjoy in Chicago.
